Building inspection
A home inspector will walk you through a 2 to 3-hour visual inspection of the home and it’s systems, to determine its condition. Inspectors assess components that are not performing properly, and inform the prospective buyer about repairs that may be needed in the future. The buyer will receive a detailed, written, home inspection report.
